Who we are
This store is run by HARZ ("HARZ", "we"). Questions about anything on this page: harzprod@gmail.com.
Licenses
Every beat and loop is sold as a license to use it, not as a sale of the music itself. The license you buy is the one listed on the item's page and printed on your download page after payment:

HARZ keeps ownership of the composition and the master recording. Non-exclusive licenses can be sold to other artists at the same time. You must credit "prod. HARZ" (and any coproducer named on the item) wherever the song is released. Licenses are personal and can't be resold or transferred.
What you can't do
Don't resell, share or upload the beat or loop on its own (without your vocals or your own new music on top), don't register it alone with Content ID or any other fingerprinting service, and don't claim you made it. Beats posted as "free" on YouTube are for non-profit use only; releasing a song for money or on streaming services needs a license from this store.
Co-produced beats
Some beats are made with other producers, who are credited on the beat's page. Licenses for those beats are granted on behalf of everyone credited, and the credit line has to name them too.
Exclusive rights
Exclusive rights are agreed by email (harzprod@gmail.com) and confirmed with a separate written contract. Once a beat is sold exclusively it comes off the store; licenses sold before that stay valid for their own terms.
Payment and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your files are delivered instantly on a download page that you can bookmark and reopen. Taxes may be added at checkout where the law requires them.
Refunds
All sales are final: we don't offer refunds, but we fix or replace anything that doesn't work. See Refunds below.
Visualizers and flashing light
The store's visualizers animate to the music. They are limited to avoid fast flashing, but if you are sensitive to moving or flashing images, switch them off with the visualizer button or don't watch them. They are provided as they are; see Credits for the open-source software and preset authors behind them.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on this store uses your work without permission, email harzprod@gmail.com with what it is and where it appears. We review every request and remove material that shouldn't be here.
Liability
The store and its files are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
Privacy
What we collect
When you buy something, Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details to process the payment. We receive your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver your files and print your license. We never receive your card number.
Coproducers
Producers we split sales with give us a payout email address (PayPal) and agree to their share themselves. We use it only to pay them and keep it with our payment records.
What stays on your device
Your cart, volume, light or dark mode and visualizer choice are kept in your browser's local storage so the store remembers them. They never leave your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party analytics on this store.
Services we use
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting; it keeps short-lived request logs such as IP addresses for security), Google Fonts (the store's fonts are loaded from Google, which sees your IP address) and PayPal (coproducer payouts). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, and so your download page keeps working.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: harzprod@gmail.com. We don't sell personal data and never share it for advertising.
Refunds
All sales are final
Every beat and loop is a digital download, delivered the moment payment goes through, so we don't offer refunds. By checking out you ask for that immediate delivery and agree that the sale is final. (In the EU and UK this means the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the download begins.) Listen to the full preview before you buy.
If something is wrong
Email harzprod@gmail.com and we'll put it right: a broken or wrong file is replaced with a working one, a download page that doesn't work is fixed or sent again, and a license bought twice by mistake can be swapped for another beat or loop of the same price.
Your rights
Nothing here limits rights that consumer law where you live gives you and that can't be waived.
Upgrades
Bought a lease and want a bigger one? Email us with your order number and you pay only the difference.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; we answer quickly. A license paid for with a reversed payment is cancelled.
